How to Delete Your Data

If you have connected your Facebook or WhatsApp account to LeadLoop and wish to delete your data, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Log in to your LeadLoop account at getleadloop.app
2. Go to Settings
3. Click Sign out and then contact us to request account deletion
4. Alternatively, email us directly at iamgaurav1993@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request"

What Gets Deleted

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will permanently delete:

• Your account and profile information
• Your organization and all associated data
• All contacts, messages, and conversations
• Your WhatsApp Business credentials stored on our platform
• All team members associated with your organization
• Billing history (Stripe subscription will be cancelled)

Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
