4. WhatsApp Data

LeadLoop integrates with the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta. When you connect your WhatsApp Business account, we store your Phone Number ID and Access Token securely to enable messaging. Messages sent and received through WhatsApp are stored in our database to provide conversation history. We do not sell or share your WhatsApp data with third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Railway (railway.app). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access tokens and sensitive credentials are stored encrypted in our PostgreSQL database.

6. Data Sharing

We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to provide our service:

  • Meta (WhatsApp Business API) — to send and receive messages
  • Resend — to send transactional emails
  • Stripe — to process payments
  • Railway — infrastructure and hosting
  • Groq — AI-powered reply suggestions (message content may be processed)
