By accessing or using LeadLoop ("the Service") at getleadloop.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeadLoop is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that enables businesses to manage customer conversations via WhatsApp and Email, track sales pipelines, and automate communication workflows.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. WhatsApp Business API Usage

When using LeadLoop's WhatsApp integration, you agree to:

• Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Terms of Service
• Only send messages to users who have consented to receive them
• Not use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Take responsibility for all messages sent through your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications without consent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

6. Payment and Billing

LeadLoop offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Data Deletion Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

LeadLoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
